Mobile Projector Phone
9 08 2008
I usually see mobile phone that has camera or MP3 player installed in it. But this one takes the cake. This one has a projector installed. However, it does have both camera and projector installed. Despite having a projector installed, the phone itself still looks very sleek. Quite interesting.

Beijing Olympic 2008 Opening Ceremony
9 08 2008
This is just me but I think Beijing Olmpic’s opening ceremony is by far the most elaborated opening ceremony I have ever seen. The ceremony is very lavish and visually attractive. The use of LED screen on the floor, fireworks, pyrotechnics are very extravaganza. The whole ceremony is like the storytelling of Chinese history in the making, harmoniously and beautifully orchestrated by Zhang Yimou (of “Raise the Red Lanterns”, “Hero”, and “House of the Flying Daggers” fame). His use of colors and other symbolism is lavishly constructed and it still has the trademark of Yimou even though this is the opening ceremony for Beijing Olympic.
This is one Olympic even that can’t be missed.

Singapore Airlines’ Asia-US Business Class Service
9 08 2008
I remembered the time I did an essay on Singapore Airlines’ business class seating idea. The way they came up with this idea is nowhere near coincidence. They planned to use this business class with bigger seats, luxurious services, etc. I think was back in mid 1990s but from what I read they succeeded on certain level. But that was only still within Asia region.
Nonetheless, this is an interesting article that I found on Artcatchr.
